Who I am
I guide people who need rest, clarity and a moment to pause and reflect on what is really going on in their lives.
In my work I combine yoga, meditation, coaching and a systemic view on patterns and dynamics. Not to "fix" anything, but to create space in which you can feel again what is right.
a safe setting where you step out of the daily pace for a moment, often in nature
through yoga, breathwork, walking or energetic support, space arises to feel what is going on
together we look at patterns, choices and underlying dynamics
There was a time when I mainly lived from my head. Always on, always going. The pace was high — from one thing to the next, a full schedule, caring for others — but increasingly distant from my own boundaries and needs.
Until my body stopped me.
In that period I came into real contact with yoga, meditation and breathwork for the first time. Not from a strong conviction, but from a need to find something that would simply allow me to relax and land back in my body.
Slowly I began to experience that change doesn't always come from endless conversations or analyses. Sometimes something new emerges precisely when you slow down and your body experiences safety and calm again. From that place it often becomes easier to feel what is really going on.
My background is in psychiatry and addiction care. With a Bachelor of Social Work and years of experience in personally guiding people with complex life questions, I have a solid professional foundation.
In addition, through various courses and trainings, I have further deepened my knowledge in yoga, meditation, breathwork, systemic work and body awareness — ways to bridge psychological clarity and embodied experience.
Especially the systemic perspective has deepened my way of guiding. It helps to make patterns, relationships and inner dynamics visible.
My own life path — including my move to Ibiza — has added a lived layer to that. A step that came with resistance, loss and inner struggle, but that at the same time felt deep down like the right path.
I have known periods of overload and burnout, complex relationships, grief and long-lasting physical complaints.
Experiences that taught me how deeply stress, emotions and patterns can settle in the body — and how important it is to not only understand what is going on, but to truly dare to feel it.
That is often where healing begins.
In my guidance I work with simple but powerful entry points: the body, nature and silence.
Sometimes a systemic view also helps to make patterns or dynamics visible — and that insight alone can shift something.
For me it is special to be able to guide people in that process. To create a moment of calm and safety in which someone can slow down, feel again what is going on and something can start to move.
What that looks like differs per moment and per person.
And yet it always comes back to this:
feeling wants to be felt —
not immediately understood or solved,
but first the space to just be.
Do you feel a need for rest, clarity or a moment to pause?
You are welcome for a personal session, a duo session or a group moment here on Ibiza.
