Personal sessions

In a personal session there is space to pause and reflect on what's happening in your life. Together we look at your question or theme and which form of guidance fits.

You don't need any experience with yoga, meditation or coaching. The sessions are accessible and tailored to what feels right for you at this moment.

A personal session may support you when:

  • ◦ you notice that you’re often “on” and long for rest and relaxation
  • ◦ you feel a little lost and are looking for clarity or direction
  • ◦ you find yourself stuck in patterns, choices, or recurring themes
  • ◦ you’d like to reconnect with your body, your feelings, or your intuition
  • ◦ you feel the need to pause and take a moment for yourself and your life
  • ◦ you’d like to slow down, connect, or share a meaningful experience with a partner, friend, or loved one

Choose what suits you

Space for your process

Within a personal session, we can explore different approaches such as:

✦ yoga (yin, slow flow, or yoga nidra)
✦ breathwork and meditation
✦ coaching
✦ systemic exercises
✦ energetic support such as Reiki

Sometimes the emphasis is on one form, sometimes a combination emerges.

A 75-minute individual session offers space to reflect on what's happening at that moment. In a calm setting we explore your question or theme and look together at what needs attention.

The session can consist of a conversation, body-oriented exercises or a combination of both.

When you want to take more time and space, you can choose a longer session.

This offers the possibility to fully dedicate a morning or afternoon to your process — a complete time space where attention, stillness and movement come together and something can truly land.

If you don't just want a single session, but want to be guided over a period of time, we can work in a trajectory.

A trajectory usually consists of three to five sessions of 75 minutes, spread over several weeks or months. This gives space for insights to land, experiences to integrate and the movement that arises to deepen further.

For trajectories, guidance is also possible online.

Session for two

Some sessions can also be booked for two people — for example with a partner, friend or family member.

In a shared session we work with forms that suit you both, such as yin yoga, breathwork or meditation.

In a deepening session of several hours there can also be room for a personal cacao ceremony or a reflective walk with connecting exercises.

These sessions can take place as a 75-minute session or as a deepening session of 2 to 4 hours.

Coffee & Coaching

Not everything requires an extensive session or trajectory. Sometimes you simply need a conversation where someone looks along with you — a moment to gain clarity on what's going on.

We meet at a quiet table in a coffee shop on Ibiza — an informal setting where it often feels easier to pause and reflect on what's going on.

In one hour we bring clarity to what you're looking for, what you need or what's underlying. The atmosphere is relaxed and personal, the guidance professional and careful.

Introduction

We start with a short introduction (online or by phone) to explore your question or intention.

Session on location

Sessions take place at a quiet spot in nature, at your accommodation on Ibiza or in a yoga studio near Santa Eulària.

Follow-up

For trajectories, guidance is also possible online. We look together at what follow-up is needed.
